I have a current nest aware subscription and I'm missing all videos from the last few weeks. There were over 10 videos recorded today and one video from 20 minutes ago and they are all gone. Please assist

Hello KateS I'm an end user like you. Is it possible that your Nest Aware subscription ran out?
Whether you are using the NEST app or the GOOGLE HOME app go to the SETTINGS and then select AWARE and make sure it shows it is still activated.
Other than that you can open a support ticket with Google here:
