Like many others, my Nest doorbell is peeling and is starting to look terrible. My doorbell is on a door that is on a covered porch, so it's not even exposed to the elements. It doesn't even see sun very much. I replaced a crappy Ring doorbell with this one and am thrilled with the performance, but the aesthetics with the peeling leave a lot to be desired--and judging from other posters, it's only going to get worse and even more ugly. I had a chat with Gilbert in the online chat and after asking me questions for about 35 minutes, he told me there's nothing he can do because it's out of warranty. It would have been nice for him to tell me that earlier in the conversation. I wish these folks would stand by their products because they aren't cheap and it's worse with the monthly fees!
