My Nest Hello just died

My Nest doorbell just died last Tuesday evening, September 20th. It was burning hot so I unplugged it and let it cool down. I tried all the troubleshooting steps and it still will not power on. I filled out the google support form and no one ever responded. So disappointing. I can't get any help or warranty information. It sounds like this is common after reading all the posts!
