My cámara adapter charger is not working

Hello , I’m having trouble to charge my google nest camera battery.

it says that my charger is not compatible with my device. But certainly it belongs to the camera . 
i bought a new camera and tried it with the new adapter and is the same problem. Someone should help me please

Do you somehow have a charger that is not suitable for your country?  Is the USB connector plugged into the bottom of your camera with the charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?
