My doorbell button is not working

Hi, 

My doorbell button has stopped working. The video works. I have fully charged the doorbell and rebooted it but the button is unresponsive. Do you have any suggestions?

Is it cold weather where you are?  I wonder if you are running in the the battery issue that Google is talking about in this article....
