My motion on my Nest have went to still shots! Help

My nest camera use to sent motion that actually had video action, not anymore!  I want that back !! Nest, do this back! I do not want Google, I’m Nest !!

Is it possible your Nest Aware subscription expired? You can check in on this page:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

You can also go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Home app or Google Nest app (as appropriate) and see what subscription it shows.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."  And ask them why your Nest Aware subscription isn't working.
