NC009 Error During Wired Doorbell Setup

I choose "Nest Doorbell (battery) because there is no option for Nest Doorbell (wired). 

These issues are with a Wired Nest Doorbell. I spoken to 4 people on the Google Support. They are all reading from a script and asking me to do the same things with the hope of a different outcome. Thus I have conceded calling, and felt the forum's would help. 

My issue: When setting up the doorbell in the app during setup, it fails and gives me a code of NC009.

 When I started getting errors I decided to call the 1-855-469-6378 number, below are the people, times, dates, can E numbers, and what we did for troubleshooting. 

Dale                 -           11:57am          -           11/24/21         -           9-4145000031741
With Dale we did these things none fixed the error.
1. Hard reset the doorbell (button in the back and front until pulsing blue). re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
2. Delete and read Nest app - re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
3. Reset Modem/router - re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
4. Used my Wife's phone - re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
5. Used my Wife's phone as a hotspot to my phone - re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
6. Used my phone as a hotspot to my wife's phone - re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
7. Hard reset the doorbell (button in the back and front until pulsing blue). re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
at this point it had been an hour, lunch break was over, so dale encouraged me to call back to continue to trouble shoot,

3. Asked me to contact my internet provider to lower the firewall restrictions

{I spoke with my internet provider and asked to lower the firewire to the bare minimum}

3. set my phone on airplane mode  re-setup the doorbell and received NC009

2. Hard reset the doorbell (button in the back and front until pulsing blue). re-setup the doorbell and received NC009
3. asked me to move my Router closer to the doorbell (within 12"). re-setup the doorbell and received NC009

Things to know:
1. I have fiber wifi using a fantastic modem and Google Wifi Router with a speed test of (Download Speed 869 MBPS)(Upload Speed 858 MBPS).
2. I have other google Nest products (mini, hub, chromcast) currently on my wifi.
3. I have upgraded my transformer to a 24V, I've also upgraded to a new Chime. I purchased this doorbell from the google store online and had it drop shipped to me.

Hello, Just responding to everyone. Ultimately after MANY hours with Google nest people who were ZERO help on the phone, they decided to send a replacement. Instantly fixed all the issues. It took probably 100 hours on the phone. Problem is solved.

I'm having trouble with the NC009 ERROR, this is a glorified and very expensive doorbell. All other mest products are working on my Internet so it cannot be a WiFi or connection problem. Have done two factory resets already.
