Need estimate to replace doorbell lens

Hello:

The lens of my new doorbell is broken.

I am not sure what happened overnight but in morning noticed the doorbell fell on porch and lens is broken.

can I replace or at least Google can replace lens?

Other customers in this forum have reported their battery camera falling out of its mounting bracket.

You could use the the "Contact Us" link below to contact Support to see if you can get a warranty replacement. Depending on the time of day and your location, you may get chat or phone options for the contact.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but sometimes they provide replacement parts if your device ins still under its 1-year warranty.
