Need help to contact customer support

I need to speak to Google Nest customer support as they have cancelled our 1st gen subscription even tho I migrated to Google. I need to change the account holder details, and re-establish the subscription. Can you please give me a number I can phone, as their forms and call back buttons aren’t working for me. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. I understand your concern about that your Nest Aware 1st Gen subscription Nest has been cancelled, and you'd like to re-establish the subscription while also updating the account holder details. Help is here!

Please note that we don't cancel Nest Aware subscriptions. In most cases like this, the subscription is either associated with a previous account or isn't correctly linked to the cameras. It's also important to know that we no longer sell the Nest Aware 1st Gen subscription .

Also, I'd like to know where you are located and depending on your location i'll give you more information about this.

Please note: If the subscription has been cancelled, you should have received a cancellation email for it. 

Also, I'd like to tell you that you can't transfer the Nest Aware subscription to another account, but you can change the credit card method.
