Need help with Google nest cameras changing to new router and wif equipment

Hello, someone just hired me to set up using their new IT equipment using Ubiquiti.

I'm planning to setup their Wi-Fi equipment using the same SSID and password.  Would the Google Nest Camera still work on the new equipment still work using the same ssid and password or do I have to set up their cameras all over again? Please assist, thanks.

It may.  It worked for us when we upgraded to a new Xfinity router/modem a couple of years ago.

Google Nest says it depends on the equipment's settings:

Ah i'll double check the previous router settings. You are talking about if the current settings is set to the 2.4ghz  so I would have to configure the same 2.4ghz settings on the Ubiquiti?

I don't know what settings might cause problems in switching to a new router.  But our old and new Xfinity router/modems used both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz, as do our two Linksys access points (all set to the same SSID), and all of our Google Nest cameras (1st and 2nd gen), doorbells (1st gen), and Nest Hubs connected to the new router/modems.

Okay nice, these are IOT devices, i'm surprised that it works on dual band.
