Need help with nest cam footage

I just signed up for Nest aware today, but I need access to past weeks worth of recordings??? Can was on and active throughout past week…

I'm happy to know that you just subscribed to Nest Aware.

 

Welcome to Nest Aware! Unfortunately, without an active Nest Aware subscription, there's no way to recover footage from past weeks. Nest cameras don't have enough storage to record continuously, so older footage is automatically deleted after a period of time. The video event history or 24/7 video history provided by a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription begins collecting at the time you purchase the subscription.  Google Nest cannot provide any history prior to when your subscription starts because it's not retaining any history if you don't have a subscription.  (That's why their wording says "Up to 30 days..." or "Up to 10 days...": https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13318581.)  To do otherwise would mean that Google Nest was secretly retaining your video history without your permission.
