I have and I thank you but when I called and ordered the nest cameras I specifically told them that I needed to also be able to take hours of footage off and put it on a EHD. We got the first 2 cameras and I started working with them. I thought maybe it's something I was doing. We owned 2 homes so we traveled in between. We got back to VA 4 months later. While at MB at our other house I was seeing how to download extra long videos. We went to the Best Buy in Florence SC and the guy told me how to do it. He even got us the memory card, EHD and then we bought the 3 more cameras we needed. We got home and got it all sat up. From what he told me I did it and somehow I did it on my phone. It was a little over 7 hours. I showed my husband and he was like thank God something actually works. We both got covid at the same time, I had a double concussion on 2 separate occasions and was in the hospital for 4 days, got out of the hospital, hubby and I both get covid again then our dog starts getting sick. I got behind on doing the long recordings and due to the concussions I forgot how to do the lengthy recording. I talked with my Dr and she said the place and severity of the concussions is something I will have to learn how to live with so along with that came depression. My dog kept getting sicker. We started spending every second of life with her. My husband had a mild heartattack and our dog kept getting sick. We took her to the vet countless times and countless times we were told Lyme. Fast forward to today. One month ago our dog died as well as several other neighbors by poisoning. Now MORE THAN ANYTHING I needed that footage that I was told I would get, that I did get once but thanks to the concussions I couldn't remember and bought 20 steno books panicking at what I needed to remember. I just needed the footage, all of it from as far back from Feb 12 I could get. I had started at Jan 12. Now I'm out of time, dead dogs, dead cats, 2 dead raccoons, $$$$$in cameras that are worthless and a lot of broken hearts from loss. All of my neighbors started liking our cameras so they went and bought some. Probably a total of 35 cameras total. Now we are all getting rid of the cameras cause they don't do what we all were told they would do. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do it but then when they get to the IQ camera and adaware and all that there's nothing straight forward. I'm so disgusted and heartbroken, we all needed this footage more than anything and we're let down. On YouTube channels that said go on your bottom left and change it from 30 seconds to q hour I said I don't get that I get 2 minutes. I even joined in on love streams on YouTube and they all were like something was wrong with our camera system. They even showed me theirs and they could record up to a hour but needless to say the cameras are useless. What little bit of footage I could get I had to use stream yard as if I was live streaming. The neighbors behind us had 7 Google nest, her husband took a hammer to all of them. Ours is being sold. I was so excited when we got our cameras due to us living in 2 different states, we had security and could check our property when we were in MB. They had the speaker also. I told my husband for once I felt as if we could sleep good being at our other house. We are going to physically look at 2 different security camera systems tomorrow. I do not care how much they cost, we lost the most important thing in our LIFE and that was the footage of all these animals being poisoned. I have a total of 56TB EHD so idc how much it costs this time I will get what I thought we were with Google. I am making sure I tell everyone what happened and even did a 10 minute video of it, put it on YouTube and guess what, we weren't the only ones done like that. I thought in the first it was just me but it wasn't. I put my trust in Google only to let me down on the biggest lie a company would say. I'm sure you will delete this comment but I can promise you screenshot will be faster than your finger tips. My heart aches for the dead animals and all the money we all I vested in Google only to be lied to. Momma always said the best way to hurt someone is in the wallet and guess what, it surely does fit this. Thanks for lieing to me just to make money.
