Nest (2nd gen) Indoor Cam (wired); white light comes on but then turns off, won't change to blue

Hi, had to replace my router.  All my other Nest products are connected, but I cannot get this camera to stay powered on long enough to turn blue to connect it. It comes on, pulses white, then just goes dark, like it's completely dead. 

I have tried a different outlet, left it unplugged overnight, what else? Is there a way to hard-reset it because I'm not even seeing anywhere in which to do that.

I'm so frustrated, help?
