Nest App live Video Screeching via iPhone

I see others are having this same issue but no one answered it that I can find. 

the iPhone screeches and it gets louder and louder because it seems the feedback is looping over and over. 

many help would be great so we don’t have to return it.

You cannot watch a livestream of your camera or doorbell on your iPhone while your iPhone is near the camera without triggering an audio feedback loop.  Any sound picked up by your camera or doorbell is broadcast out of your iPhone's speaker and then picked up again by your camera or doorbell.
