Nest Aware subscription

Is it possible to extend the duration that videos are stored from 30 days to 60 days and gain access to those currently within that 30-60 day window, or are they definitely purged by Google at 30 days? I have a potential crime I need evidence for from June this year.

Google Nest deletes our video history when our subscription history reaches its limit. For them to do otherwise would mean they were secretly retaining our history without our permission.

"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."
