Nest Aware

Just got a nest outdoor for security.  Only wanted it to send alerts on people detection.  Looked online AND told it could text alert, WRONG. Only push notes or email. Even with aware, now don't even get emails or push notes. There are events when you go in the system but no notifications.  Can't even find any more apps using the aware. HEEEEELP
