Nest Battery Doorbell/Camera

I no longer receive notifications from my Nest Doorbell/camera on my iPhone. I receive notifications on my iPad and my husband receives notifications on his Android. I have made certain that everything is checked. I’ve done a hard reset on my phone. Nothing has solved the issue.

Since notifications work on your iPad and your husband's Android, you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on your iPhone.

Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
