Nest Cam Background Audio on iPhone

I know this feature has been requested before but I wanted to bring it up again to see if this is on the product roadmap. 

I believe this is technically possible because other camera system apps have this feature:

Another useful feature is to allow the video feed to stream while browsing the home screen sort of like youtube videos.
