Nest Cam Battery Something went wrong try connecting again

I have read the previous board regarding the message Nest Cam Battery "something went wrong try connecting again......."  I have tried the suggested solution of doing a factory reset, entering in the code instead of the qr code.  And I am still getting the same message.  I have tried at least 10 times.  I have a nest wired camera installed currently.  I am trying to install 2 nest battery cameras.  I am moving these from my previous house.  At my previous house they worked just fine on google home.  I did not have the wired camera installed there.  Also, the google home account at my previous house was under my work email login to google home.  Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.
