Nest Cam IQ Outdoor is stuck in its mounting bracket

I am trying to remove my Nest Cam IQ Outdoor from its mounting bracket, so that I can access the QR code I need to pair it again (it seems to have forgotten that it belongs to me). I followed the "insert allen key, twist counterclockwise" instructions, and the camera popped out a little bit but is still stuck in the bracket (see picture). How can I get it the rest of the way out?

Hello,  Ummmm,  can you push it back in and try it again?    This video from NEST shows you that you need to put in the wrench and turn it while you pull it out.  Watch this video from  the 6:55 mark.

Thanks for the link. I was able to get it to pop out with some gentle persuasion.
