After searching through published documentation and talking to support desk, I still can't come across a few technical specs related to the new Indoor Camera (wired). Specifically:
- Motion detection specs - # of sensors, horizontal field of view, range
- Camera specs - size of 2 megapixel camera
Interestingly, these same specs are published for the new indoor/outdoor battery camera, but not this one. Wondering if anyone has come across these specs?
I did find out that the # of infrared bulbs is less (2 vs. 6) in the Indoor wired camera compared to the Indoor/Outdoor, and has a slightly diminished range as a result (15ft vs. 20 ft). I would have figured with that many less infrared LEDs, the performance would be significantly worse, but would love any perspective on quality from anyone that has one. I've been told that HDR is active during night mode on both cameras, even though that's not explicitly stated for the indoor wired cam in the specs like it is for indoor/outdoor battery.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
I just wanted to jump in real fast and thank you for your feedback. I am not entirely sure what you would like me to do. You can find all of the tech specs online for these products. If you have any further questions, please let me know but feel free to submit your feedback to us. I've put instructions for feedback below.
If you need anything else, please let me know.
Have a read through the original post once more. What I'm hoping to source is specific tech specs that are not published anywhere online - at least not through any of the materials I've read through on Google's site. I've listed those specs into two categories - motion detector specs and camera specs. Interestingly, those same specs are published for older version of the cameras, so I'm not sure why they're not for the new indoor camera.
