How can i get the user Manual for this Camera? Cannot find anything in the internet. Cannot find a hotline.

There isn't much a user manual included with the cameras. You should be able to find what you need here: Get started with your Nest camera - Google Nest Help 

Let us know if there is something specific though. We can help you find that info.
