I just got a 2nd generation wired nest cam. I followed all the setup instructions but once it gets to “finishing up” it always ends with a something went wrong message. It says it connects to the wifi just before this stage. I live in a building with community wifi so I only have 5G and I can’t update any settings. All my other devices work fine: phone, laptop, smartTV, etc. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
Since you're using a community Wi-Fi network, it may not work due to its restriction. Check out this link for additional information.
