Hoping for any help as I have tried everything. We have 4 Nest Cam outdoor cameras ( 1st gen wired). This week I noticed one offline in the nest app. In the past, I would usually just reset popped breaker, reset GFCI outlet, or unplug/plug it back in to get power restored. Nothing worked to restore power and weather was nice/ no related power outages. I attempted to use a new extension cord/ outlet , unplug /replug usb attachment back in, and finally, plugged usb directly into iPhone block for outlet. Unfortunately, this did not work either and I brought the entire camera inside trying similar steps above to no success. No issues with other 3 nest cams outside and all purchased in last 2-3 years.
Thoughts on anything I am missing? Suggestions? Appreciate the help.

We have several Google Nest Outdoor Cameras, the oldest is over 4 years old. All are still working.
I can't tell whether you've tried swapping the power adapter and cord from one of your other Google Nest Outdoor Cameras, to determine whether it's the power adapter and cord, or the camera, that is the problem.
I don't know whether an iPhone block provides the camera with appropriate power.

Thank you - I tried and power supply provides power to other cameras/ devices. Camera appears to be the issue. Is there a way to take camera head apart to assess/maybe dry out?

I don't know how you would take the camera head apart; Google Nest does not design its cameras for repair.

Hi everyone,
@BigMitch, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of it? Try resetting it to the factory default. Remove it from the Nest app and re-add it. Just a reminder, all of your recorded events will be deleted.
Let us know how it goes.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
