I have a "Nest Cam with Floodlight", I have it wired into home wiring. The problem: the "BASE" and FLOODLIGHTS do not work, due to a lightning strike. The CAMERA still works.
How do I charge the CAMERA? It is running low on battery.
My assumption is the Floodlight / Base got fried by the lightning, as all other power to the location works.
I can take the CAMERA off, but then what do I need to recharge the battery?

It's possible that if your floodlight base got fried and you won't be able to keep the battery charged anymore.
We have the Google Nest Indoor/Outdoor Battery Camera, which is the same camera used in the floodlight fixture. Ours came with a 1-meter charging cord, because it can be installed in battery mode, or plugged in always with an optional 5-meter or 10-meter power cable (about $35); the latter is what we have.
Google Nest does NOT include the 1-meter charging cord with the floodlight camera, because it's supposed to be installed in wired mode and always running on household current, with the camera keeping the battery charged when needed. (That's what happens with ours.) Since--in your case--the floodlight base apparently got fried, the camera is no longer running on household current AND is no longer keeping your battery charged, which is why you're getting a low battery warning.
Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell 1-meter charging cords separately, and even if you got one (or bought one of the optional power cables), you'd have to keep dismounting your camera from the base and charging it regularly if your floodlight base is fried. (Or I suppose you could try running one of the optional power cables to your camera, and just not use the floodlight part.)
Just some thoughts.
