Got my new nest Cam with floodlight wired up and working...until wifi got reset, and now can't connect it to save my life. Already tried factory reset, etc. Surely someone will contact me to suggest a ridiculously Labor-intensive "solution" -- and how long will that last before it happens again? What an absolute joke this product, and company, is.

I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. I am glad to see that you have tried the various resets available, but have you also made sure that your app is updated to the latest software? I would recommend checking the update first, and then go through the restart and reset options.
