Nest Camera History

I have had Nest security cameras x 3 for some years. I now cannot find my history. Only shows few hours.  Can someone help me with this please, because I can't seem to locate any answers.

To better understand the cause for seeing only a few hours of events, please provide the information requested below:

• What are the models of your Nest Cameras?
  • To determine their model, please compare them with the ones shown in the article Technical specs for Google Nest cameras and doorbells.
• How many hours of event video history are your Nest Cameras recording?
• Is the issue happening with all your Nest Cameras?
• Have you made any recent changes to the account where your Nest Cameras are set up?
• Do you have an active Google Home Premium subscription?

If you have a newer camera like Nest Cam (battery) or Nest Doorbell (battery), you can get up to 3 hours of event video history without a subscription. But for most older Nest camera and doorbell models, you need a Google Home Premium subscription to get event video history or 24/7 video history. This means that without a subscription, you can get photo snapshots of detected activity up to 3 hours in the past.
