Nest Camera Issue

Not able to connect to new camera. Not sure but the phone will not find the camera.

What camera do you have?  Have you installed your camera in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app? When you open the Google Nest app or the Google Home app, are you logging on with the same Google Account you used when installing your camera?  Do you have more than one Google Nest "home/structure"? If so, are you selecting the same Google Nest "home/structure" where you installed your camera? If you go to home.google.com, can you see a live feed for your camera?
