Nest Camera issues

Hello everyone, I've read all of the previous posts about this issue but they haven't helped any. I'm trying to reconnect my nest outdoor camera (wired) but not having any luck at all. 😧  I've removed the camera in the Nest app from my home, and when I go through the set up it stays at "connecting" the cameras blue light is continuously pulsing on and off. I have heard it beep as if it connected but still continues to pulsate blue. My app shows no feed and states that the camera is off. When I turn it on nothing happens as the camera continues to pulsate. I've tried unplugging the camera and repluging it in and no luck. I have also reset my router. I have other cameras and a doorbell on my app and they are working fine. This issue only happened after a power outage due to a storm.  I have also made sure the app is not open anywhere else so it would work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

When I try to use the web version, I can not connect to my wifi even though it is working. I get "Error C390"

Hi @nicoleraveriot

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that you were having some issues with the connectivity of your Nest Outdoor Cam. I know how frustrating this issue can be; let me assist you with that.

Before we continue, I need to know some information about this issue to provide you with more accurate steps:

When you try to set up the camera on the Nest app (not the browser), did you receive any other error messages?

  • How long did you disconnect the camera?
  • Did you try disconnecting the camera for a full day?
  • Before the power outage, was the camera working normally?

Once you have this information, I will be more than ready to assist you!

Best Regards

Debora,

The cameras have been disconnected since I made this post and I am retrying again and still having the same issue.
The cameras have been working fine prior to the outage. This has happened a few times but never any issues to re-set up. This is the first time. An outage has happened at least 10 different times since I have had the cameras for the last 3 years.
