Nest Camera with floodlight Bulb replacement

Hello, i have recently purchased the Google/Nest Cam with Floodlights the unit that's wired, my ? is what type of bulb is used and where can it be purchased, in the event one blows out or if i wanted to change to a color bulb.

If it is LED then light bulb how long last? Does it ever needs to replace?

That's what i was trying to find out i called nest/google but they really could not give me a definitive answer other then there not sure

The lights easly unscrew. I am interested to know where or how to obtain replacements if they are damaged or stolen. So far, I'm not seeing a clear answer to that in this thread...😕 Anybody?

Pleas advise same. How do you replace LED bulbs? They will eventually fail and it seems absurd to install without ability to service for new lightbulbs

I never had an answer from Google on this. After ordering and inspecting I returned the unit. I am not going to the trouble to install a unit with a ladder that cannot be serviced and with no idea how long the LED will last. Other LED systems I have had failed well before intended.

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. You cannot replace the LED so it would be a replacement of the unit most likely.

Did anybody find out if the floodlight bulbs can be replaced and approximately how long they last for?

No, but from what i was told by Nest/Google the bulbs are not replaceable so if one did go out you would have to purchase a new unit keep in mid the warranty is only for 1 year.
