This is a camera that was previously connected, our power went out, and now it won't connect. I've deleted it from the Home, I've restarted the camera and router, and I've reset the camera, but it just keeps giving me the "Something went wrong" error when I try to reconnect.

It's kind of a nuisance that your floodlight camera quit just because of a power outage.
Did you do a "factory reset" by pressing the reset button for at least 12 seconds?
