Hello, I recently changed our home network and i cannot get our Nest camera with Floodlight to connect via the Google Home app (ios). I have tried so many times and it will not complete the installation. Very frustrating! please help!

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings on its cameras and doorbells. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem:

If you can't do that, then you need to do "factory reset" (not just a "restart") on your camera and reinstall it, and hope everything goes well:
