Nest Cameras not turning on after reset

Hello! I purchased two wireless nest cameras in the summer of 2023. I took them in to recharge in the summer last year and never put them back up. Fast forward to this week, neither of them are working. I tried the factory reset on one of them that appeared to be recording because it wouldn’t connect to my nest app. After the reset, it won’t turn on at all. The other camera showed it was charging, but now won’t turn on or reset.

Before we continue, I need to know some information about your issue to provide you with more accurate steps:

  • When you try to perform a factory reset, did you notice any sound or light?
  • Have you tried charging your cameras for a full day?
  • Did you notice any LED lights?
