In this case, it's recommended to connect the Nest cameras to the 2.4 GHz band. For now, there isn't a direct setting to switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks on the Nest cameras. However, there are a few workarounds you can try:
- Create a Separate 2.4 GHz Network: If your router supports it, create a separate 2.4 GHz network with a different SSID. Then, manually connect your Nest cameras to this 2.4 GHz network.
- Check Router Settings: Some routers have a setting to prioritize 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz for specific devices. Check your router's manual to see if this is an option.
