I can't finish the setup process with my new Nest Hello Doorbell (battery). It installs it on the google home app, connects to another device to setup wifi, but then at the very last step when it needs to download and install the necessary update, it fails. I get a, "something went wrong," message. When I exit out and go to my google home, I see the doorbell there, but my only option is to finish setup. When I click on that, it goes to a black screen and I need to quit out of home to get back in.
I've chatted with support a few times, we managed to get it to work if I create a new "home." But then it's not connected to my home with all my other devices.
Suggestions?
