Nest Doorbell 2nd gen (wired) is "offline" but is in fact on WiFi, records live video and rings door

I have a new 2nd Gen wired doorbell, worked great for a week now shows "offline". HOWEVER, it's still fully on wifi (I have nest aware plus and full recording) - and it's continuing to record, I can continue to access near realtime video without any interruptions, and it even rings the doorbell and sends notifications through the app (door bell!).

So for all intents of purpose, it's working - except for the live video and it showing offline in the app.

It's on strong 5Ghz signal.

Any ideas?   All other Nest Cams in house (4) are fine

Hey there,

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Best regards,
Brad
