Hi I have a new battery doorbell which came with free trail subscription,
this has just expired a week ago and I can no longer see any video history on my doorbell,
I understand I won’t get 24/7 video but I was under impression I could still get 3 hours?
any ideas how, as at the moment I get notification someone is at my door and I can see them but it is not showing on the history at all.

If you do NOT have a Nest Aware subscription, you should get event video history for events that occurred up to 3 hours in the past. If the event occurred 4 hours ago, you can't view it. You do NOT get 3 hours worth of recordings, though Google Nest's descriptions of this feature give that impression.
