I need to purchase the metal backplate for a Nest doorbell battery I purchased. The one I bought did not come with the backplate. It does not work without the backplate. Thanks.

Depending how you purchased the doorbell, it would be faster to return it and purchase another. Otherwise you can try contacting Support however you’ll find that getting individual parts like this is extremely difficult.
