Nest Doorbell Chime connector

I had two Nest Doorbell (1st Gen). When it got cold there was a lot of buzzing coming from the doorbell. The buzzing would continue to get worse and eventually the doorbell would ring repeatedly until I got up and disconnected them.  I talked with Customer service and we went through the trouble shooting steps.  I eventually wound up replacing the transformer, which did not help.  So in the cold months I would just disconnect the doorbell. I recently decided to by a new doorbell to replace one of the first gens.  I noticed that it had a chime connector, which the first get does not have.  Is there a way to get a chime connector for my other first gen doorbell to see if that fixes the issue?

Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but you could try contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) and ask if they'll provide you with one for your 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell.
