Nest Doorbell Gen2 Wired release for UK and ROW?

It's rather boring searching through endless threads asking exactly the same question. When on earth is the gen2 wired doorbell going to be released in the UK and rest of world?

If there's still no info, will the US version work in the UK?

Yes the US one will work. Just need to make sure you have the right transformer and chime.
