Hi all. Recently I switched from Android to iPhone and moved to the new flat but because I keep my router, network settings are the same. Although I pay for Google nest subscription, familiar face feature doesn't work. Even if someone ring my bell, in app I don't get offer to save face. Basically bell behave like there are no faces at all. I have few faces saved in my library when it was working. But now it seems I pay for something I don't get. And yes, I tried to remove the doorbell and perform master reset but it did not help at all.

It's understandable that you'd be frustrated with the familiar face feature not working on your Nest doorbell after switching to iPhone and moving to a new flat.
