This seems to be a common problem. While trying to set-up the doorbell, I try to plug in the doorbell and only get a white light, never blue. I have done the factor reset several times, this does not help. I've tried switching wifi streams, still nothing. I've tried different IOS devices. Nothing. What can I do?

The white status light means that it is still starting up. How long are you waiting for the device to start up? Are you seeing anything in the app when you are trying to add it to your account?
