Nest Doorbell falls off

like others on this forum my doorbell has fallen off on more than one occasion. The lens is now cracked.  Given I only git the device a few months ago I'm loathed to pay another $180 for a new one.  Given this appears to be a design flaw, is this issue covered under the warranty?
