No audio coming from nest cam

Hi, I just got a nest cam outdoor wired but I’m having an issue hearing anything from the camera, nothing at all is coming through, I tried my indoor wired camera and I hear that but nothing on the outdoor cam, I tried restarting the start up and made sure audio was on but still nothing at all
