To everyone thinking about purchasing this doorbell. Got mine last Christmas, have probably had to unmount it to charge, maybe 7 times throughout the year, and now the latch button that locks it onto the mounting plate is stuck in the pushed in position. Some quick research and seems this is a common problem, however, my warranty expired on the 26th so, now I have a paperweight Doorbell. Customer service pretty much confirmed, nothing we can do. lol. Might be worth it to buy the wired option instead so you don't have to dismount to charge. Pretty disappointed today.
