Nest Doorbell not charging

I recently moved into a home where the nest was already installed. It has been working fine, but it is definitely difficult to unmount. This most recent time I went to unmount it, it separated in the wrong spot when I was applying pressure and a little orange/gold piece ripped. Now, it won’t charge. I assume it is related to that part ripping. Can this be easily replaced?
