Nest Doorbell not responding when pushing reset button

The doorbell was set up in my previous house and I have recently moved to a new place with new wifi. When I hit the reset button, it won't respond at all. It does not show any indicator lightings. When I plug in the power it will slowly blink white lights and nothing works. What should I do with this?

You could try contacting Support to see if you have a faulty doorbell that will not perform a factory reset and therefore needs replacing:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".

5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
