Nest Doorbell peeling

Hello despite posting three times now and filling in the issue forms from Google support twice no one has responded to me. The door bell is peeling really badly now. I also expect I am out of warranty due to waiting for the non existent support. Please can someone from support help!!! I expect you can see how many time I have reported this?

To add a side note you replied to me in November after filling in the second form  "someone from supportt will be in contact with you via email" I've had nothing 🤦‍♂️

We’ve seen that you have already been contacted by our phone support regarding the replacement for your Nest doorbell. You may continue your conversation with them to sort things out.
