I've had a wired Nest Doorbell (Gen1) for several years and then in late 2023 (November / December) it has started frequently disconnecting from Wi-fi. At first I thought it may be due to a cold snap we were having, but over the last several months, it is continuing to disconnect and the weather temperatures have been very nice. I have seen several threads on this topic with many users having the same problems starting around the same time and I haven't seen any resolution from Google User Support on the issue. Wondering if anyone has had any luck with a fix other than purchasing a new Gen2 doorbell?

None of your troubleshooting steps work. There must be some type of update or software that has impacted this. There are a number of others having the same/similar problem and your specialists aren't helping resolve the issue. Please look at an update or something beyond resetting, syncing, or other normal things.

If there was an update on Google Nest's end, it must be affecting just a limited number of customers, or I think there would be a bunch of posts in this forum; that usually happens when a Google Nest update triggers something.
We have three 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells and have not noticed anything different.

There was an entire other forum and then they closed it hence why I started this new thread. All occurred about the same time back in November/December 2023
