Nest Doorbell video spins when button is pressed

Doorbell Model : Nest Doorbell (Wired)

Software version: 4110054

sue,: since last month we are experiencing the following behavior:

When someone's at the door and rings the doorbell. The notification popups on my Nest App on my IOS device, my google nest hub. However in both the platform the feed is spinning with no display, when we switch to live feed then we can see the display is back. I did factory reset the doorbell with no luck. Any pointer\guidance is appreciated.

FYI: 

• Live Feed from Doorbell camera works fine.
• The doorbell camera identifies and reports activities (Sound, Motion etc.) just fine.
